Regarding the single machine of cassava grating machine, our initial quotation didn't include the control panel or wire or plug, we clearly showed the details in the quotation list and proforma invoice. It was not the circumstance that we promised to have a control panel or wire or plug but we didn't send them to you. 2. Regarding the wooden part under the steel nail crushing drum, it is an unique structure design to achieve the better crushing purpose, but it is not a structure design to save the costs, because the crushing effect will be bad by using the stainless steel plate. Besides, we have provided detailed user manual and operation video to the client, so that he can operate the machine smoothly. We will track after-sales service to help customer use his machine better. If there are any other questions from the client, we will cooperate to solve them, but we cannot accept negative feedback from the customer because of such an absurd reason.
